Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease:

Ariphrôn v.1.7.3 now supports Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).  Newfeatures include COPD specific assessments, labs and tests, as well as a COPD Flow Sheet, Panel Report and additional COPD specific advanced search functions.

Pharmacy Treatment Assessment (Medicare Part B Only):

Supporting the Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI), pharmacy assessments enable the physician to document the treatment based upon that patient’s specific condition.

Enhanced Exclusions (Medicare Part B Only):

Supporting PQRI, these exclusions enable the physician to document when and why a particular service, exam or lab was not performed.  Exclusions specific to PQRI are time-limited and remain “active" for the remainder of the calendar year or until a value is entered for the service which de-activates the exclusion.

Additional User Requested Features:

•      Improved assessment data entry

•      Prior lab results displayed for comparison

•      Patients without assessments report, which enables you to see those patients within your practice that need an assessment entered into Ariphrôn

Ariphrôn is officially approved for PQRI reporting by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services:

•      Report quality measures to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for Medicare Part B patients through Ariphrôn and earn a two percent bonus on your total Medicare Part B billing.
